Gold Naftalan Sanatorium

The new comfortable five-star sanatorium Gold Naftalan is located in the foothills of the Lesser Caucasus, in the popular resort city of Naftalan. This western region of Azerbaijan features warm, pleasant summers and mild winters without cold winds.

The main healing resource is Naftalan oil, used in baths and complemented by physiotherapy treatments. At Gold Naftalan, it helps alleviate around 70 types of ailments, primarily related to the musculoskeletal system and skin. Noticeable effects, and in some cases complete remission, occur after 10–14 days of treatment and can last for several months.

On the spacious 2.5-hectare territory, there is a five-story hotel with a balneological complex and a restaurant.

The hotel lobby, with 145 rooms, features modern design in light tones, accented with elegant black and gold shades. Floors include lounges for relaxation and spacious, stylish rooms ranging from 23 to 56 m², including Standard, Suite, Superior, and De Luxe types, all furnished with new furniture and equipped with climate control. A pleasant feature of the hotel is that every room has a balcony. Guests can enjoy TV, internet access, and beverages during their free time.

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. The menu includes dishes made from fresh local products, homemade baked goods, and halal meat, served in a buffet style. Guests can also combine dining with dancing on a specially equipped area.

The buildings are surrounded by outdoor recreation zones:

• Shaded gazebos for socializing or privacy.

• Large play area with swings, slides, and outdoor chess.

• Outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing areas and a covered shaded area. The second-tier terrace of the gazebo is especially notable.
