Kapaz Sanatorium
Kapaz Sanatorium
The Kepez Sanatorium in Azerbaijan is a modern wellness facility in the Naftalan resort, built in 2015 in accordance with contemporary standards for spa and health centers. It is relatively small and family-oriented, consisting of two buildings connected by a covered passage.
The sanatorium provides comfortable conditions for diagnosing and treating joint, dermatological, gynecological, and urological conditions. The core of the treatment is the unique natural resource—Naftalan oil—whose preventive effects can remain in the body for at least six months after completing the treatment course.
Qualified medical staff conduct comprehensive examinations and prescribe an individualized treatment program. In addition to Naftalan therapy, additional physiotherapy procedures are tailored to each patient.
The treatment package includes laboratory tests, electrocardiograms, doctor consultations, Naftalan baths, electrophonophoresis, quartz therapy, amplipulse, Sollux therapy, magnetotherapy, darsonvalization, laser therapy, and other procedures.
Naftalan therapy is also available for children starting at six years old, with procedures strictly prescribed by a doctor.
Meals are provided three times a day based on a seven-day menu featuring Azerbaijani and European cuisine, prepared from locally sourced, eco-friendly ingredients. Guests can also consult the sanatorium’s dietitian to arrange a special diet if needed.
The minimum recommended treatment course is 14 days. Presenting a spa medical card is not required, as all guests undergo a full examination upon arrival. Booking on the website does not require prepayment, as payment is made upon check-in.
During free time, guests can work out in the fitness center with guidance from an experienced instructor, visit the massage room, or arrange excursions to nearby areas and cities.
